Our blades are made from steels sourced from the main high quality countries such as Japan, America, Germany and China.
Most of our Knives are made by our our bladesmiths overseas with over 20 years of experience.
What is the blade material?
Our blades are hand-forged out of M390 stainless steel with an HRC rating between 59 and 66.
How do I clean my new knife?
The same way you would clean a straw using a straw brush.
